Admissions Process

All of our admissions staff are Registered Nurses and are available to perform assessments 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. The process starts with the patient calling and asking for help. Our staff will ask each potential patient questions about your situation in order to understand what resources are most appropriate for you.

If inpatient care is a possibility, we will then schedule a time for you to come in for a thorough assessment. Once you are here for an assessment, the process usually takes 2-3 hours to complete. If it is determined that criteria is met and an inpatient stay is warranted, an access code will then be assigned to you. Only people who have access to the code will be able to receive information regarding a patient, attend family sessions or even drop off personal items.

Criteria for an admission can include the following:

  • Homicidal Ideations
  • Suicidal Ideations
  • Self Harm
  • Danger to Self or Others
  • Chemical Dependency
  • Unstable Behavior
